Washington County Health Equity Partnership

AG Consulting & Media is honored to be selected as a consultant to support Washington County’s Health Equity Partnership. Our team’s experience in establishing connections with diverse racial, ethnic, and cultural community leaders will allow ongoing partnerships to be utilized for addressing health priorities. As part of the project, AG Consulting & Media will help identify and build relationships with trusted community messengers, and conduct community-engaged health assessments to identify areas of concern that the County and it’s partners can take steps to address.
