We partnered with Dakota County to promote COVID-related federal emergency rental assistance with a special focus on reaching BIPOC households.
We developed a variety of eviction prevention and marketing and messaging content designed to be culturally and linguistically appropriate to help increase access and eliminate disparities.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, many landlords have been providing housing to their tenants with past due rent.
This video aims to encourage landlords to apply for the Zero Balance emergency rental assistance program to receive past due rent and support landlords and tenants who need help.
We want to thank landlords for their part in providing housing and ensure they have the resources to successfully access assistance programs.
